If you bought as a guest, your download link was emailed to you — search your inbox (and spam) for "DropKit". The link never expires, so the original email always works. If you have an account, every kit lives in your library for instant re-download.
My download email never arrived
Give it a couple of minutes and check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Send us the form below with the address you used at checkout and the kit you bought, and we'll send your link manually.
A kit isn't working in my game
Every kit ships with a README covering setup. If you've followed it and something still isn't right, tell us the kit name, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot or clip of the issue helps a lot.
I have a billing question or problem
Charged twice, wrong amount, or something else off with a payment? Include the email you used at checkout and roughly when the payment was made, and we'll sort it out.
